This is the requisite introductory post explaining the themes and life-long goals of this blog.
1) Never assume - This blog will be about many things. The one commonality will be that they are about subjects that interest me. I am gay, and this blog will, on occasion, reflect that, but it is not a "gay" blog. I am a Macintosh user, and I will post on that, but I use and am knowledgeable on the Windows platform. I am interested in computers, photography, videography, electronics, dogs, centaurs, furries, politics, and entertainment. My favorite TV shows include Babylon 5, Star Trek (Next Generation and Original), Big Bang Theory, Doctor Who (new), Torchwood, and many more (I will likely expand on this list in a future posting).
2) I make no promises except that I will do my best to post weekly, well-thought out and written posts on a variety of subjects.
3) If you send me a reasonable, well-thought out email, I will likely mention it in a posting, even if it disagrees with something I have said. I reserve the right to comment/rebuttal your point of view.
4) I may, on occasion, post images. I have a new Canon 40d and there may be some that I think may be of interest to my readers (and I may post to another location and provide a link). Anything that I post in this blog will be viewable by anyone in the family (ie - no naughty bits or gratuitous violence).
5 ) I may, on occasion, post a link/url to another website. I promise to check it out and provide any necessary warnings (ie - website contains nudity or wonton expressions of stupidity).
